Simply Giving Program

In January 2009, the Church Council approved First Evangelical Lutheran Church's enrollment in the Thrivent-sponsored program Simply Giving. This program allows members to meet their pledge obligations through electronic fund transfers from their savings or checking account or by credit card.
Here is how it works:
You authorize a specified amount of money to be electronically transferred directly from your checking, savings or credit card to the church account. You also specify the frequency of the transfer.
It's fast, safe and easy. The electronic transfer will cost you nothing. First Lutheran Church will issue a donation statement for your yearly tax records and your bank statement or credit card statement will provide you with an additional record of your contributions. Donations through electronic transfer can be made to our general fund or to a number of other special funds.
You can cancel your authorization of transfer at any time by notifying us in writing.
