Parish Administrator

First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Brockton, Mass., is seeking a full-time Parish Administrator and Director of Facilities to oversee a staff of four and work with pastor and lay leaders to manage church operations. Responsibilities include oversight of communications, finance and budget, membership, information technology, facilities, policies and procedures. Organizational, communication, leadership and computer skills a necessity. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years comparable management experience with a church or non-profit organization are preferred. First Lutheran is a 140 year old ELCA congregation with approximately 500 active members and a half-million dollar annual budget. The urban campus includes a $10 million physical plant with a recently acquired community center.
